My stay at the hotel came with some highs and lows. While the location was lovely, being close to town and a nice beach, the family room situation was very disappointing. On top of that, the service from the staff left much to be desired, as they seemed indifferent to our concerns. The pool was enjoyable but often overcrowded due to organized activities. The overall value didn't match our expectations.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking in advance, my arrival was chaotic with no reservation found, and I was left stranded late at night. On the other hand, I had a pleasant stay at another hotel nearby. It's frustrating when hotel staff don't seem to care about guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay.
